Got the new Xfiles movie on Netflix. Without spoiling it, if you were a fan of the orginal series as I was, this movie has nothing to do with the Syndicate or the Alien storyline. It is basically a big screen version of an individual story of the life after the FBI for Mulder and Scully. Still a very entertaining story if you were a fan. I recommend it if you were a fan. I’m not sure if non fans would enjoy it as much as fans would.

mmmmmm mmmmmm…. I picked up some Kit Kat from Japan the last time I went out there. Forgot I had a pack left. It was still in the foil sealed invidual packaging it came in. Still fresh and still good. I think they use more milk or cream in their chocolate and less sugar as you can immediately tell that this isn’t as sweet as the American Kit Kat bars. Give me a break…give me a break, break me a piece of that Kit Kat bar!!!! Can’t wait to get some more in less than a week!!!

Picked up a new movie on Netflix. Japanese movie from 2005 called Densha Otoko.
“While riding the train, a desperate geek meets the girl of his dreams, promting the socially deprived but brave young nerd to start a chat room thread asking his facess internet compatriots on how to talk to girls.”
Very funny story and can relate to some of it. The guy is a nerd like me who has an OTAKU for figures and such. I’ve noticed a lot of nice toys in the background of his apartment scenes. hahaha…
Overall a very enjoyable movie. I did have a few objections in the end as I busted out laughing very hard. They could of climaxed the movie better..hahaha. Anyways, a good rent if you have a chance.

Picked up a new digital camera for point and shoot usage. Now I can carry this around in my pocket without having to lug the old G3 around on my shoulder. Canon Powershot SD1100 IS Digital Elph. 8 Megapixels!!! (compared to my 5 year old G3 at 4 MP). Uses SD memory which only cost 8 bucks for 4 gigabytes! I can’t believe how cheap memory is nowadays. This stuff use to be up in the 100 dollar range. Picked up this camera for convenience when traveling and not worrying about having to carry a huge camera around.
Camera supposed to have image stabilization..but still needs to be very still to have a nice clean clear focused picture. I guess it is better than nothing. My G3 never had a problem with that or actually delt with camera movement better. What can I expect for a 150 dollar camera though. I am not complaining, it is doing the job.

Picked up a new Figma figure from the Melancholy of Huruhi Suzimiya series. Tsuruya San. Also got a few new Mighty Muggs from the Star Wars series. They recently released a GI Joe and Transformers lineup that I have already pre ordered. I am stopping the Star Wars as they are repeating characters.
The Figma figure doesn’t disappoint as usual. The Muggs are just damn cool.
Speaking of school girls. I got less than 12 days till my 2nd Asia trip with the guys. Hitting up HK and Japan again. Gonna fuk shit up!!! Stay tuned!
